आईआरडीएआईमें इंटर्नशिप

आईआरडीएआईप्रतिष्ठित विश्वविद्यालयोंऔर शिक्षण संस्थाओंसे स्नातक,स्नातकोत्तरपाठ्यक्रम का अध्ययनया अनुसंधान करनेवाले विद्यार्थियोंके लिए ग्रीष्मकालीनअवकाश के दौरानइंटर्नशिप करनेकी पेशकश कर रहाहै।

इंटर्नशिपके नियम व शर्तेंनिम्न प्रकार हैं:

1) विद्यार्थियोंके लिएपात्रता कीशर्तें:

क. स्नातकस्तर की पढ़ाईके चतुर्थ वर्षके प्रामाणिक विद्यार्थी(पाँच वर्षीयसमेकित पाठ्यक्रममें विधि स्नातकोंके मामले में)जिनका अकादमिकरिकॉर्ड लगातारशानदार रहा;या

ख. वेविद्यार्थी जिनकेपास स्नातक कीडिग्री है और जोस्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमके अंतिम पूर्ववर्ष में हैं;या

ग. वेविद्यार्थी जोएक वर्षीय स्नातकोत्तरडिग्री के लिएपढ़ाई कर रहे हैं;या

घ. स्नातकोत्तरडिग्रीधारी वेविद्यार्थी जोबीमा /अर्थशास्त्र/वित्त /प्रबंधनमें पूर्णकालिकअनुसंधान पाठ्यक्रममें पढ़ाई कर रहेहैं|

2. इंटर्न,विश्वविद्यालय/शिक्षा संस्थानके नियमित विद्यार्थीहोंगे।

3. इंटर्नशिपकार्यक्रमकेवल भारतीयनागरिकों केलिए है।

4. इंटर्नशिपकेवल विनियामकपरिदृश्य से बीमाक्षेत्र में प्रोजेक्टतैयार करने /प्रशिक्षणप्राप्त करने केलिए है। इंटर्नशिपकी न्यूनतम अवधिदो महीने और अधिकतमतीन महीने है।

5. एक संवीक्षासमिति, आवेदनोंकी संवीक्षा करेगीऔर व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कारके लिए आवेदकोंका चयन करेगी।यदि ज़रूरत पड़ीतो चयनित आवेदकोंको व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कारके लिए बुलायाजाएगा और चयन समितिप्रत्याशियोंके नामों की सिफारिशकरेगी। केवल इंटर्नशिपके लिए चुने गयेप्रत्याशियोंको ही सूचित कियाजाएगा।

6.आईआरडीएआईउनके प्रत्यय-पत्रोंऔर उनकी योग्यताऔर /या रुचिऔर स्क्रीनिंगसमिति के चुनावके आधार पर उन्हेंविभिन्न क्षेत्रोंमें इंटर्नशिपका प्रस्ताव करसकती है।

7. इंटर्नशिपसे प्रदेय का निर्णयइंटर्नशिप की पेशकशके समय किया जाएगा।प्रशिक्षुओं को,इंटर्नशिपके लिए रिपोर्टकरने से पूर्व,गोपनीयता काघोषणा पत्र देनाहोगा।

8. मई,2020 को शुरू होरही इंटर्नशिपकी पेशकश आईआरडीएआईके प्रधान कार्यालय,हैदराबाद मेंकी जाएगी। आईआरडीएआई,इंटर्न कोकार्यालयस्थान, इंटरनेटकनेक्टिविटीऔर अन्य सहायकसुविधाएंउपलब्धकराएगा। इसकेअतिरिक्तआईआरडीएआई द्वाराकोई अन्य सुविधाएंउपलब्ध नहींकरायी जाएंगी।

9. इंटर्नको प्रतिमाह रु.15,000/- की वृत्तिकादी जाएगी। शहरसे बाहर के प्रत्याशियोंको आने जानेके लिए द्वितीयश्रेणी वातानुकूलितके वास्तविक एकलरेलवे किराये कीप्रतिपूर्ति कीजाएगी। वास्तविकएकल द्वितीय श्रेणीवातानुकूलित रेलवे किरायेकी गणना उनके निवास/ उनके शिक्षासंस्थान से प्रोजेक्टकरने के लिए इंटर्नशिपके स्थान से छोटेमार्ग के लिए कीजाएगी। इनके अलावाकोई और पारिश्रमिकया भुगतान नहींकिया जाएगा।

10. अपनेरहने और लैपटॉपकी व्यवस्था कीजिम्मेदारी इंटर्नकी होगी। काम करनेके स्थान / इंटरनेटकी सुविधा और उचितसमझी जाने वालीअन्य ज़रूरतेंआईआरडीएआई द्वाराउपलब्ध करायी जाएगी।

11. परियोजनाकी निगरानी,आवंटित विभागके पर्यवेक्षकअधिकारी द्वाराकी जाएगी जो परियोजनाके मार्गदर्शककी भूमिका निभाएगा।

12. परियोजनाकी समाप्ति केबाद इंटर्न कोआईआरडीएआई मेंविभागाध्यक्षोंके समक्ष परियोजनापर प्रस्तुति देनीहोगी और मानवसंसाधन विभागको एक रिपोर्टप्रस्तुतकरना होगा। इंटर्न,आईआरडीएआईपुस्तकालय को एकरिपोर्ट/ वर्किंगप्रोटोटाइप/मॉडल प्रस्तुतकरेगा।

13.इंटर्न कीसंख्या करीब 10 होगी।

14.आईआरडीएआईसभी अनुसंधानोंऔर अकादमिक आउटपुटका, यथोचित निर्णयके अनुसार इस्तेमालकरने को स्वतंत्रहोगा।

15. इंटर्नको अपनी इंटर्नशिपके आधार पर आईआरडीएआईमें नियुक्ति काअधिकार नहीं होगा/ नही वह उसकीमाँग कर सकता है।

16. आईआरडीएआई,जब भी ठीक समझे,बिना कोई कारणबताए इंटर्न कोअपने कार्यक्रमको समाप्त करनेका अनुदेश दे सकताहै। इस संबंध मेंआईआरडीएआई का निर्णयअंतिम होगा। इंटर्नयदि चाहे, आईआरडीएआईको एक महीने कीपूर्व सूचना देकरकार्यक्रम को छोड़सकता / सकतीहै । यदि किन्हींपरिस्थितियोंमें इंटर्न आईआरडीएआईको एक महीने कीनोटिस नहीं देसकता / सकतीहै तो उसको एक महीनेकी वृत्तिका केबराबर राशि काभुगतान करना होगा।

17. जिनविद्यार्थियोंको इंटर्नशिपमें रुचि है वेकेवल निर्धारितप्रारूप में,एक बंद लिफाफेमें जिस पर लिखाहो, ``इंटर्नशिपके लिए आवेदन”,प्रायोजितशिक्षण संस्थानद्वारा विधिवतप्रमाणित अपनेआवेदन निम्नको प्रस्तुत करसकते हैं:

18. हरप्रकार से पूर्णआवेदन, 24 मार्च,2020 को अपराह्न5.00 बजे तक याउससे पूर्व पहुँचजाने चाहिए। उसकीएक प्रति internship@irdai.gov.in कोई-मेलद्वारा भेजी जाए।

19. आवेदनजो अपूर्ण हैंया निर्धारित प्रारूपमें नहीं हैं याअंतिम तिथि तकया उससे पूर्वनहीं पहुँचते हैं,उन्हें तुरंतअस्वीकृत कर दियाजाएगा।

20. अपनेआवेदन, आईआरडीएआईके नियंत्रण सेबाहर किसी भी कारणसे, अंतिम तिथिके भीतर प्रस्तुतन कर पाने के लिए,प्रत्याशियोंके प्रति, आईआरडीएआईकोई जिम्मेदारीस्वीकार नहीं करताहै।

21. सभीपत्राचार ई-मेलऔर स्पीड पोस्टसे किये जाएँगे।इसलिए सभी प्रत्याशियोंको सलाह दी जातीहै कि वे सही ई-मेलपता उपलब्ध कराएँऔर आईआरडीएआई सेअद्यतन जानकारीके लिए अपने ई-मेलनियमित रूप सेदेखें।

22. आईआरडीएआईको किसी भी आधारपर इस अधिसूचनाको पूरी तरह याआंशिक रूप से रद्दकरने का अधिकारहै।

23. शुद्धि पत्र: कृपया नोटकरें कि, यदिउपरोक्त विज्ञापनके संबंध में कोईशुद्धिपत्र जारीकिया जाता है तोवह केवल आईआरडीएआईके वेबसाइट परप्रकाशित कियाजाएगा।

Internship

Internshipin IRDAI

IRDAI proposes to offer internship to students who arepursuing Graduate and Post graduate courses or Research from reputeduniversities and educational institutions during the Summer recess.

The terms and conditions of internship are as under.

1. The eligibility conditionsfor the students:

a) Bona-fide students in the pre-final of theirgraduation (4th year, in the case of Law graduates pursuing Five yearintegrated course) with consistent excellent academic records; or

(b) Students possessing graduation degree and are in thepre-final year of post graduation; or

(c) Students who are pursuing one year Masters degree; or

(d) Students possessing post graduate degree and pursuingfull time Research courses in Insurance/Economics / Finance / Management.

2. The Intern shall be a regular student of theuniversity/institution.

3. The internship program is opento Indian citizens only.

4. The internship is for carrying out project/gettraining in the area of insurance only from regulatory perspective. The minimumduration of the internship is two months and a maximum of three months.

5. There will be a Scrutiny Committee which willscrutinize the applications and shortlist the applicants for the personalinterview. The shortlisted applicants will be called for the personalinterview, if required, and the Selection Committee will recommend the names ofthe candidates. Only the candidates who are selected for internship will beintimated.

6. Based on their credentials, the IRDAI may consideroffering them internship in different areas based on their aptitude and/orinterest and as per selection by the Screening Committee.

7. The deliverables from the internship are decided atthe time of offering the internship itself. The interns are required to furnisha declaration of secrecy before reporting for the Internship.

8. Internship will be offered at IRDAI’s Head Officein Hyderabad commencing in May, 2020. IRDAI will provide office space, internetconnectivity and other support facilities to the interns. Apart from this, noother facilities shall be provided to the interns by IRDAI.

9. The interns will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000/-per month. Selected outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro actualsingle II AC railway fare. The actual single II AC railway fare will bereckoned by the shortest route from the place oftheir residence/place of their institute to place of summer internship forundertaking the project. Apart from these, there will be no other remunerationor payment.

10. It shall be the responsibility of the Interns tomake their own arrangements for accommodation and laptops. Workingspace/internet facility and also other necessities as deemed fit will beprovided by IRDAI.

11. The project will be monitored by a Supervising Officialof the Department allocated who will act as Project Guide.

12. On completion of the project, the intern will have tomake a presentation on the Project to the HODs in IRDAI and submit a report toHR Department. The Intern will also submit a report / working prototype / modelto the IRDAI Library.

13. The number of interns will be around 10.

14. IRDAI shall be free to use all the research andacademic output as may be appropriately decided.

15. The interns shall have no right/claim for anappointment in IRDAI by virtue of their internship.

16. IRDAI can instruct the intern to terminate theprogramme at any time, as IRDAI deems fit, and without showing any reason.IRDAI’s decision shall be final in this regard. Intern can choose to leave theprogramme, if she / he so desires, giving prior notice of one month to IRDAI.If under any circumstances, the intern is unable to serve the notice periodhe/she would have to pay an amount equivalent to one month’s stipend.

17. Interested students may submit their applications inthe prescribed format only, duly certified by the sponsoring Institution in aclosed envelope superscribed as “Application for Internship” addressed to:

18. The application complete in all respects should reachon or before 5.00 PM on 24th March, 2020. A copy of the same may be sent onemail to internship@irdai.gov.in.

19. Applications which are incomplete or not in theprescribed format or not received before the last date of receipt ofapplication are liable to be summarily rejected.

20. IRDAI does not assume any responsibility for thecandidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date onaccount of or for any reason beyond the control of IRDAI.

21. All correspondence will be made through Email andSpeed Post. Therefore, all the candidates are advised to provide correct e-mailaddress and check their e-mails regularly for any updates from IRDAI.

22. IRDAI reserves the right to cancel the notificationfully or partly on any grounds.
