Re: Report of the WorkingGroup (WG) to Study Cyber Liability Insurance.

प्राधिकरण नेआदेश संदर्भ: आईआरडीएआई/एनएल/ओआरडी/एमआईएससी/260/10/2020दिनांकित19 अक्तूबर,2020 द्वारा साईबर दायित्व बीमा का अध्ययन करने के लिए कार्यकारी समूह का गठन कियाथा ।

A Working Group was set up by the Authority vide order Ref: IRDAI/NL/ORD/MISC/260/10/2020 dated 19^th October,2020 to Study CyberLiability Insurance.

कार्यकारी समूह ने अपनी रिपोर्ट दो भागों, भाग-I (पृष्ठ संख्या 1 से 44) और भाग-II (पृष्ठ सं.-1 से 87), जिसमें उसने विभिन्न अनुशंसाए की हैं।

The Working Group has submitted its report in two parts, Part-I(Page. No:1 to 44) and Part-II (Page. No: 1 to 87) in which it has made variousrecommendations.

हम अब कार्यकारी समूह की रिपोर्ट पेश करतें हैं और रिपोर्ट में की गयी अनुशंसाओं के संबंध में सभी हितधारकों के बहुमूल्य सुझाव माँगते हैं। कृपया संलग्न प्रारूप में अपने सुझाव 9 फरवरी, 2021 तक या उससे पूर्व venkatag@irdai.gov.in.को एक प्रति भेजते हुए nl-products@irdai.gov.in को भेजें।

We now place the report of the Working Group and seek the valuableinputs of all stakeholders on the recommendations made in the report. Pleasegive your feedback in the attached format on or before 09^th  February,2021 to nl-products@irdai.gov.in with a copymarked to venkatag@irdai.gov.in.
