प्राधिकरणद्वारा पेशेवरक्षतिपूर्तिबीमा पॉलिसी-बीमामध्यवर्ती केमानकीकरण केलिए एक समिति कागठन किया गयाथा संदर्भआदेश संदर्भ:आईआरडीए/आईएनटी/ओआरडी/एमआईएससी/103/05/ 2020 दिनांकित 4 मई, 2020.

A Committee for standardization of professional indemnityinsurance policy – insurance intermediaries was set up by the Authority videorder Ref: IRDA/ INT/ ORD/ MISC/ 103/ 05/ 2020 dated 4^th May,2020.

समिति ने अपनीरिपोर्टप्रस्तुत कीहै जिसमेंउसने मानकपेशेवरक्षतिपूर्तिपॉलिसी कीतैयारी केसंबंध मेंअनुशंसाएँ कीहैं, जोविनियमों मेंउल्लिखित सभीआकस्मिक व्ययोंऔरपरिस्थितियों(पूर्वव्यापी तिथि, क्षतिपूर्तिसीमाओं,आधिक्यइत्यादि)कवर करती है, जोकि सभीबीमाकर्ताओंद्वारा जारीकी जा सकतीहैं।

TheCommittee has submitted its report in which it has made recommendations withregard to preparation of standard professional indemnity policy which coversall the contingencies and conditions (retroactive date, indemnity limits,excess, etc) mentioned in the regulations which can be issued by allinsurers. 

समितिकी रिपोर्टसभीहितधारकों केलिए प्रस्तुतकी गयी हैताकि वे अपनेसुझाव संलग्नवर्ड प्रारूपमें 7 फरवरी, 2021 तकया पूर्व brokers@irdaidotgovdotinऔर kdotsrinivas@irdaidotgovdotin को भेजें।
