Re: Central Database of Licensed InsuranceSalespersons in India (ENVOY) at IIB

1. यहभारतीय बीमासूचना ब्यूरो(आईआईजी)पर,भारत में सभीलाइसेंसशुदा बीमाविक्रयकर्ताओं का एककेंद्रीयडेटाबेसबनाने केसंबंध में हमारे,परिपत्र सं.आईआरडीए/आईएनटी/सीआईआर/सीडीबी/19708/2017 दिनांकित 24 अगस्त 2017 औरआईआरडीए /आईएनटी/सीआईआर/सीडीबी/082/05/2018दिनांकित 22 मई 2018 के अनुक्रममें है।

This is further to Circular no. IRDA/INT/CIR/CDB/19708/2017dated 24^th August 2017 and IRDA/INT/CIR/CDB/082/05/2018 dated 22^ndMay 2018 on creation of a Central Database of all Licensed Insurance SalesPersons in India at Insurance Information Bureau of India (IIB)

2. संदर्भउपरोक्त परिपत्र,सभीबीमाकर्ताओंऔर बीमामध्यवर्तियोंको निर्देशदिया गया हैकि वे, अपनेविक्रयकर्ताओंसे संबंधितडेटा को उनकेआधार नंबरोंके आधार पर, अपलोडकरें।

Vide the above circulars all the Insurers andInsurance Intermediaries have been directed to upload data pertaining to theirsalespersons to IIB, based on their Aadhar Numbers

3. तथापि, नियमोंमें हाल हीमें किये गयेबदलावों के कारणआधार नंबर के साझा(शेयर) औरस्टोर करनेमें आनेवालीबाधाओं परविचार करतेहुए यह निर्णयलिया गया हैकि `पहचानसूचक~ को आधारनंबर के स्थानपर पैन (पीएएन)नंबर से बदलाजाए।

However, considering the constraints in thesharing & storage of Aadhar number due to the recent changes in the rules,it has been decided that the identifier shall be shifted from Aadhar number toPAN.

4. इसलिए, सभीबीमाकर्ताओंऔर बीमामध्यवर्तियोंको सलाह दीजाती है कि वे ईएनवीओवाई(ENVOY) में,बीमाविक्रयकर्ताआवेदक डेटाको अपलोड करतेसमय पैन कोअनिवार्य रूपसे साझा(शेयर)करें।

All the insurers and Insurance Intermediaries,therefore, are advised to mandatorily share PAN while uploading insurancesalesperson applicant data in ENVOY.

5. यह भीनिर्देश दियाजाता है कि उनसभी मामलों मेंजहाँ आईआईबी कोप्रस्तुतडेटा मेंवर्तमानविक्रयकर्ताओंके पैन उपलब्धनहीं कराये जाचुके हैं, वेब्यूरो को 14.8.2020 सेपूर्व अनिवार्यरूप से प्रस्तुतकर दिये जाएँ।आईआईबी ऐसेमामलों कीसूची सभीसंस्थाओं के साथ,उनके तुरंतसंदर्भ के लिए15.7.2020 से पूर्व साझा(शेयर)करेगा।

It is also directed that in all cases where PAN of an existingsalesperson has not already been provided in the data submitted to IIB, thesame shall be submitted to the Bureau not later than 14.8.2020. IIB shall sharethe list of such cases with all the entities before 15.7.2020 for their readyreference.
