Sub: Companies (Meeting of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules,2020

उपरोक्तसंशोधननियमों कोअधिसूचितकरते हुए एमसीएद्वारा जारीअधिसूचना, दिनांकित19.03.2020 की ओर ध्यानआकर्षित कियाजाता है।

Attention isdrawn to the notification dated 19.03.2020 issued by MCA notifying the abovesaid Amendment Rules

2. उक्तअधिसूचना केपरिच्छेद 2में,जैसा कि इंगितकिया गया है ``कंपनी(बोर्ड कीबैठक और उसकीशक्तियाँ)संशोधन नियम, 2020के प्रारंभ सेशुरू होनेवाली और 30 जून, 2020को समाप्तहोने वालीअवधि के लिएउप-नियम(1) मेंउल्लिखितमामलों केसंबंध मेंबैठकें,नियम 3 केअनुसारवीडियोकान्फ्रेन्सिंगया अन्यश्रव्य-दृश्यसाधनों केमाध्यम से कीजा सकती हैं।~~ 

As indicated inpara 2 of the said notification, “for the period beginning from thecommencement of the Companies (Meeting of Board and its Powers) AmendmentRules, 2020 and ending on the 30^th June, 2020, the meetings on mattersreferred in sub-rule (1) may be held through video conferencing or other audiovisual means in accordance with rule 3.”
