Re: DRAFT Micro Insurance Modification Regulations
 
Further to the exposure draft on Micro Insurance (Modification) Regulations that was issued on 26th July, 2012 seeking the views from various stakeholders, the Authority on considering the feedback received, proposes to issue IRDA (Micro Insurance) (Modification) Regulations, 2014. Accordingly, attached are IRDA (Micro Insurance) (Modification) DRAFT Regulations, 2014 issued seeking comments from the stakeholders.
All stakeholders are requested to forward their views / comments to the following address before 14th February, 2014.
