Designating Central Public Information Officers under the Right to Informat
In partial modification of Office Order ref. Ref: IRDA/ADM/ORD/MISC/076/04/2015 dated 20-04-2015 and Ref. IRDA/ADM/ORD/MISC/160/08/2015 dated 31-08-2015, the following changes have been made in respect of appointment of Central Public Information Officers in terms of Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 to discharge the functions assigned under the said Act.
