Amendments to IRDAI (Investment) Regulations, 2000– Reg.
Consequent upon the notification of the Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 on 23rd March 2015, the Authority, had carried out the amendments to IRDA (Investment) Regulations, 2000. We are annexing the Exposure Draft of amendment to IRDA (Investment) regulation, 2000 and related periodical returns for comments.
All Insurers are hereby requested to send their comments to respective councils in the following format:
 
1.    Serial No
2.    Regulation No / Form No
3.    Regulation (as Amended)
4.    Suggested Modification to the above amended Regulation (in point 3 above)
5.    Comments / Rationale for modification suggested at Point 4 above
The feedback in the above format may kindly be sent to Life Insurance Council / General Insurance Council on or before 10thJuly, 2015.
