General Work Allocation
Vide Circular dated 15-02-2017, it has been decided that on posting of employees to Departments, HODs themselves will undertake allocation of work within the Department and subsequent changes, if any required, as per the following procedure:
1. All Departments shall undertake internal redeployment/shuffling along with the reporting structure, within the Department, by issuing internal office orders.
2. This should be done with the approval of their Member.
3. The allocation/change/s so made have to be intimated to HR department for record.
4. Departments will maintain record of all such internal orders issued for future references as also for mapping Reporting Officers and Reviewing Officers for ACRs.
5. Redeployment when made should be need based and not frequent.
